The British Council is the UK’s international organisation for cultural relations and educational opportunities. This organisation in 1934 by Royal Charter and a UK public body. The British Council works with over 100 countries across the world in the fields of arts and culture, English language, education and civil society. Each year we they over 20 million people face-to-face and more than 500 million people online, via broadcasts and publications.  In Indonesia, the work of the British Council Examination business is developed under British Council Indonesia Foundation. The British Council Indonesia Foundation provides customers with examinations services for a range of exams including the British Council tests, IELTS test, APTIS test, to various universities and professional exams. In October 2013, British Council Indonesia Foundation developed new business in English language teaching located in Lippo Mall, Jakarta. Currently the British Council is looking for candidate:

EXAMINATIONS SERVICES MANAGER

Requirement:

• At least Bachelor Degree (S1)
• Must be eligible to work in Indonesia
• Travel within Indonesia is required to conduct exam inspections. Some visits to other countries may be undertaken for training or regional meetings.
• Additional hours will need to be worked during peak examination periods.
• Change management experience in an organisation
• Good track record of working in service delivery preferably in the educational field and with underage students
• Having IT skills, including use of online platforms, Leadership ability, Financial planning and management, and excellent people management and organisational skills.

Duration:
Permanent (with 3 months probationary period)
